1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the entire relationship between y2w and every individual using this platform. Continued use of the y2w platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes unconditional acceptance of those changes.

Y2w reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of this document at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest terms in effect.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please cease using the y2w platform immediately and contact our support team for assistance with closing your account.

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use y2w services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Not a resident or citizen of a region that restricts online gambling activities
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not currently on the self-exclusion list of any gambling platform

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by y2w

Y2w reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if:

8.2 Self-Exclusion

• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to player negligence

10. Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
